Besides my work as a choreographer and performer I lead workshops in contemporary dance, improvisation and composition and accompany creation processes as an outside eye or choreographic assistant.

Together with my friend and colleague Olivia Hild we developed the online course „MAKING DANCE“ that supports beginners as well as advanced makers on their way of creating a dance solo. It contains input (about movement research, composition, sound, space, dramaturgy, etc.), individual coaching as well as group exchange formats. For more infos, please contact us.

Education / Institutions

I am happy to have been working as a tutor in the master programme MA Choreography at HZT Berlin in 2022.

In 2020 and 2021 I am part of the art programm for kids and youth „Jung und jede*r“ by Salzburg Festival, giving dance and music workshops in different schools in Salzburg.

2018 – 2020 I have been teaching contemporary dance and partnering at SENECA intensiv Berlin and created two pieces for 13 to 18 woman (“Maelstrom & “MATERIA”).

I am very happy that I was invited to my former college “Musisches Gymnasium Salzburg” to teach a contemporary dance workshop in January 2019. It’s the place where I found my love for dance many years ago.

Coaching & Somatic Therapy

Since 2023 I am a certified practitioner of the Pantarei Approach (www.pantareiapproach.com) and give one on one sessions in Vienna.

The connection between body and psyche, between verbal conversation and physical touch is essential in my sessions. I empathically support my clients to get in touch with themselves. This is how blockages on an emotional and physical level are set in motion and resolved – with mindfulness, depth and lightness.

POST NATAL CARE

Since 2023 I have been a certified maternity nurse (post natal care) and accompany women and their families in the first few weeks after childbirth – a time characterized by major changes on many levels, beautiful and challenging at the same time. The careful, intimate accompaniment of this special time is very important to me and close to my heart.
