As I look deeper
seeing this net
of lines
and bodies
and words
and wishes
entangled

As I look deeper
feeling a sense
of losing myself
inside of it
getting lost
again and again
and then seeking
grabbing
finding hold again
within

As I look deeper
into human eyes
and animal eyes
and the city’s eyes
I feel
I feel
an endless stream
endless hope
that all this
all this
will make sense

at some point
at

An endless stream
endless hope
that all this

will hold us
carry us
somehow carry us

With all its thorns
and lies
and the unknown
and the tough

With all its holes
and fears
the unpredictable
and the rough

Just
carry us
and let us
still be
us

And free and sensing
and seeking
expanding
reflecting
reworking
and finding our paths
our very own paths
through all this

As I look deeper
as I look beyond
this net
of lines
and bodies
and words
and needs
I feel
I feel
this is true

Blurry
and foggy
entangled
amorphic

but
so
true
